Job Purpose:
Reporting to the General Manager, the Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations across the resort. This includes the upkeep of infrastructure, rides, equipment, and general facilities to ensure safety, efficiency, and seamless visitor experiences.
Minimum Education & Qualifications:
–BGCSE or equivalent
–Completed apprenticeship in Mechanical or Electrical field
Experience Required:
-Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience, preferably in the amusement park or hospitality industry
-At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
Skills & Industry Knowledge:
-Business procedures & safety legislation
-Preventative & reactive maintenance strategies
-Cost management & asset tracking
-Hands-on technical support & troubleshooting
-Staff supervision, training & development
-Strong knowledge of industry safety standards
Key Responsibilities:
-Implement and manage maintenance strategy and preventive plans
-Supervise unplanned repairs and provide hands-on technical support
-Ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
-Manage physical assets and optimize resource allocation
-Lead a team of technical staff, providing mentorship and performance management
-Oversee documentation and continuous improvement of maintenance processes
