Our Agreement
1. General Terms
Welcome to Lion Park Resort (“the Park”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your visit to and use of our park facilities, attractions, and services. By entering the Park or purchasing tickets, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1 Definitions
- "Guest" means any person entering or using Park facilities
- "Ticket" means any admission pass, season pass, or entry authorization
- "Attraction" means any ride, show, or entertainment experience within the Park
- "Property" means all land, facilities, and equipment owned or operated by Lion Park Resort
1.2 Agreement Scope
These Terms apply to all areas of the Park including but not limited to attractions, restaurants, shops, parking areas, and any other facilities within Park boundaries. Additional terms may apply to specific services or attractions.
2. Admission & Tickets
2.1 Valid Admission
All guests must possess valid admission tickets for entry. Tickets are non-transferable and must be presented upon request. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone without valid admission or who fails to comply with Park policies.
2.2 Ticket Restrictions
- Valid for one day only
- No re-entry without hand stamp
- Subject to capacity limitations
2.3 Age Requirements
Children under 4 years of age receive free admission. Children ages 4-12 require child tickets. All guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (21 years or older) or have a signed waiver on file..
3. Liability & Risk Assumption
3.1 Assumption of Risk
By entering the premises, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your presence at Lion Park Resort, including personal injury, property damage, or other loss that may occur, regardless of the cause, including negligence by the Resort, its staff, or third parties.
3.2 Release of Claims
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Lion Park Resort, its owners, operators, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during your visit.
3.3 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adventure Kingdom from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your conduct within the Park.
4. Photography & Privacy
4.1 Park Photography Policy
Lion Park Resort reserves the right to photograph, film, or record guests for security, operational, and promotional purposes. By entering the Park, you consent to such recording and the use of your likeness without compensation.
4.2 Privacy Rights
While in public areas of the Park, you have no expectation of privacy. We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
5. Prohibited Items & Conduct
5.1 Prohibited Items
- Firearms, knives, or weapons of any kind
- Explosive devices or fireworks
- Chemical substances
- Sharp objects or tools
5.2 Prohibited Conduct
- Smoking in non-designated areas
- Disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior
- Line jumping or saving places
- Unauthorized solicitation or distribution
- Interfering with Park operations or other guests' enjoyment

Lion Park Resort reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and at Park entrances. Continued use of the Park constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
